An hour long composition filled with healing frequencies & guided meditations that you can marinate in. A way to intentional tune your psyche to the generative powers of the Earth. Connecting to your heart, to the forest, to your ancestral lineage, enhancing your connection to a more expansive sense of self, its in there.

All music & sound design in this project is original composition by me.
